In this role, you will be part of Apple's IS&T team, focusing on developing ServiceNow solutions that integrate GenAI capabilities. You will work on transforming how employees interact with IT and HR services through intelligent features. The position requires hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of software engineering practices. You will be responsible for building custom integrations that enhance the internal support platform at Apple scale.

• 5 years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM)
• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
• 5 years of experience building REST/API integrations with external services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM concepts and building applications that consume AI model APIs
• Understanding of ServiceNow UI frameworks (Service Portal, UI Builder, or Next Experience)
• Solid grasp of software engineering practices including version control, code review, and testing
• Experience building GenAI-powered features in enterprise platforms
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and instance management best practices
• Background integrating with large-scale infrastructure
