The Infrastructure Compliance Engineer will join Apple's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization, which is crucial for supporting the vast network of Apple devices and services. This role focuses on ensuring the security and compliance of infrastructure with industry standards and internal policies. The engineer will proactively identify and address compliance gaps, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with various teams.

• 3+ years of experience in the information security or compliance domain
• Experience preparing for PCI and SOX compliance assessments and audits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze technical information and communicate findings clearly
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or another cloud platform
• Exposure to Kubernetes or containers

• Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify, assess, and remediate compliance gaps across the environment
• Document, analyze, and improve operational processes
• Identify opportunities for automation in compliance processes
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to enhance compliance efforts
