Job description

The successful candidate will influence the product roadmap and guide customer technical execution while developing innovative system architectures. Requirements
- Strong understanding of CPU and SoC architecture.
- Expertise in high-speed I/O interfaces, including PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet.
- Hands-on development experience with CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs.
- Deep knowledge of Linux OS and systems programming.
- Strong C/C++ development and scripting skills.
Responsibilities
- Research, define, and drive system-level solutions for future products.
- Serve as the overall systems engineer for strategic customer accounts.
- Perform gap analysis and lead solutions architecting for pre-design win engagements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on leadership throughout execution of customer development programs.
- Ensure customer designs make optimal architectural choices.
- Build PoCs, demos, and use case optimizations.
- Define and develop reference designs to showcase solution value.
- Lead the triage and root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and feed insights into AMD’s roadmap planning.
