Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their Resilience Water Team in Mobile, Alabama. This role offers an opportunity for a self-motivated engineer to lead design efforts and mentor junior engineers while working on projects that improve water sustainability. The position emphasizes collaboration within a dynamic team and focuses on delivering innovative solutions to complex water industry challenges. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing project delivery and building client relationships in the municipal water/wastewater market.

• At least 7 years of experience in water/wastewater design.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Alabama or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Lead and manage project delivery within the municipal Water/Wastewater market.
• Provide leadership and technical knowledge to develop design team capabilities.
• Lead project tasks in the planning, design, permitting, and construction of wastewater facilities.
• Manage condition assessment evaluations for water/wastewater system assets.
• Develop and meet scope, delivery schedules, and project budgets for each assignment.
• Strengthen client relationships through professionalism and technical expertise.
• Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior engineers.
