Job description

The Studio+ Sales Transformation Manager role at EY involves leading client engagements focused on enhancing sales strategies, operations, and technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is also acceptable.
  • 5+ years of work experience in consulting or industry positions focused on commercial functions or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and prioritizing workloads effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • A valid passport and US driver's license with a willingness to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstream delivery with a focus on on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Create and manage the engagement resource plan and budget.
  • Collaborate with client executives to assess and improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
