• Strong lab skills, including debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Familiarity with high-speed serial interfaces such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet.
• Experience with industry-standard schematic capture tools.

• Define the platform's requirements in collaboration with various disciplines.
• Work with the hardware team to establish the architecture of the platform.
• Design and document the hardware platform, including schematic and BOM capture.
• Collaborate with the CAD team on printed wiring board layout.
• Conduct lab-based design verification and integration.
• Support the transition of the design to small volume production.
