The Energy & Sustainability Engineering Intern will join the Advisory Solutions team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on engineering solutions that promote sustainability and energy efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in reducing energy use and improving the environmental footprint of buildings and infrastructure. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers and energy management specialists on real projects. The position emphasizes collaboration and mentorship, providing a platform for early-career professionals to contribute meaningfully from day one.

• US Citizenship is required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program for Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering or a closely related major, with the program being ABET Accredited.
• Completion of at least 2 years of collegiate coursework prior to the start of the internship.
• Familiarity with buildings and infrastructure and their impact on the environment.
• Working experience with MS Excel.

• Support energy audits, feasibility studies, and decarbonization planning efforts for various clients and facilities.
• Assist with energy modeling, performance assessments, and resilience planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate engineering solutions that improve building performance and operational efficiency.
• Help develop recommendations and implementation roadmaps that reduce environmental impact while supporting business objectives.
