• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a NEPA Analyst supporting transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NEPA and applicable environmental regulations.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Prepare NEPA documents, including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements.
• Coordinate with engineers on the development of avoidance alternatives and minimization measures.
• Lead or support public engagement and stakeholder coordination activities.
• Develop environmental scopes-of-work, deliverable schedules, and fee estimates.
• Participate in QAQC efforts for various environmental deliverables.
