As a Senior Data Analyst at Fidelity, you will collaborate with the Technology Risk functions to leverage data for risk insights. You will engage in all phases of the data analytics project lifecycle, from formulating business questions to reporting results. The Data Analytics team plays a vital role in supporting technology risk teams by answering complex business questions and enhancing processes through data analytics and visualization. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics or a similarly technical field
• Strong proficiency in querying, analyzing, and managing data within relational database environments, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and DB2
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel
• Demonstrated technical ability in data exploration and visual analytics concepts
• Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize workflows and applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
• Experience in applying AI/Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
