Citi is looking for a Director of Global KYC Process Reengineering & Simplification to lead a major transformation in Know Your Customer operations on a global scale. This senior leadership role focuses on dismantling inefficient workflows and rebuilding KYC processes to enhance automation and analytics capabilities. The position is pivotal in driving operational transformation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to create a streamlined and efficient operational model.

• 15 or more years of relevant experience in operations, compliance, or transformation roles within financial services.
• A track record of delivering large-scale process transformation programs.
• Deep experience managing AML and KYC operational environments.
• Exceptional ability to build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Highly analytical with rigorous attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A Bachelor's or University degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Lead comprehensive diagnostic analyses of current-state KYC workflows across all global business units.
• Design and facilitate high-impact reengineering workshops with senior cross-functional leaders.
• Establish globally standardized operating procedures and process architectures.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to define automation requirements.
• Build 'intelligent-ready' process architectures for seamless data flow.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management and develop communication strategies.
• Define and govern KPIs covering process quality and performance.
• Ensure all redesigned processes align with global regulatory requirements.
