The Data Owner Sr. Lead Analyst at Citibank is responsible for overseeing data activities such as database administration, data analysis, and data quality management. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to data policies and standards while enhancing data trustworthiness. The analyst will also lead assessments of data requirements and coordinate remediation efforts for data issues. The position is based in Irving, Texas, with potential for a hybrid work schedule.

• Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the above fields and 10 years of progressively responsible experience is acceptable.
• Full span of experience must include developing ad-hoc reports for compliance with internal data policy and regulatory requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience must include developing data analytics in a global financial services institution.

• Perform data activities including database administration, data analysis, and data quality management.
• Provide guidance on end-to-end data flow and ensure compliance with new policies and standards.
• Support Data Stewards in managing data to maximize trustworthiness.
• Lead assessments of data requirements and coordinate with the business to identify critical data.
• Monitor metrics and key performance indicators associated with Data Quality and Controls.
