• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial data and systems in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, or comparable tools.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial data structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Lead design of complex financial data models and analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Technology stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Establish best practices for reporting, validation, and documentation.
• Mentor Analyst I and II team members.
• Proactively identify data gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Respond to ad hoc financial data and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Evaluate, streamline, and optimize manual processes and legacy reporting.
• Act as a liaison between finance, business operations, and technology teams.
