The Technical Support Engineer at KLA will provide critical assistance to Customer Service Engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex optical and electro-mechanical equipment. This role is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services. The engineer will be responsible for resolving escalated technical issues and ensuring timely solutions. Additionally, the role involves supporting new project introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Master's Level Degree with 0 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong technical understanding of optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 25-50%.

• Provide solutions to field-raised issues that Customer Service Engineers cannot resolve.
• Detail troubleshooting processes and technical findings in service and postmortem reports.
• Support new product introductions and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Participate in customer installations, relocations, and upgrades of equipment.
• Provide training to KLA and non-KLA personnel.
