In this role, you will join a dynamic team focused on accelerating customer adoption of Amazon's Machine Learning silicon, specifically Neuron. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify obstacles and opportunities in the migration to AWS's ML silicon. The team aims to leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance service performance and customer experience. Your contributions will be vital in building AI agents and tools that simplify the adoption of Amazon Neuron, which is crucial for Amazon's Generative AI business.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Hands-on technical experience working in the Generative AI space
• 3+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience
• 2+ years in machine learning or other computational modeling environments
• Proven track record in building AI agents that automate ML workload optimization
• Domain-level knowledge of AWS services

• Research implementations that deliver the best possible experiences for customers
• Deliver on goals to improve the time and effort it takes to port and optimize Machine Learning workloads on Neuron
• Build and operate agentic evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and feedback loops
• Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions
• Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products
• Potentially contribute intellectual property through patents
