As an Operations Technology II engineer in the Facility Operations Center, you will monitor data center power and cooling systems globally, responding to alarms to ensure AWS Data Centers remain operational. • 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in data center engineering
• Ability to work shifts longer than eight hours in duration
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Analyze alarm monitoring systems in real time and execute established escalation processes to protect data center availability.
• Review work requests submitted by field technicians for compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Create, document, and track incident tickets while coordinating with onsite data center teams.
• Troubleshoot moderate-to-high-complexity issues across mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection systems.
• Provide process-improvement feedback to site leadership based on operating experience.
