The Sponsored Products Search Relevance team focuses on improving shopper experiences and advertiser effectiveness through AI-driven solutions. The position requires collaboration with scientists and engineers to develop data pipelines and productionize large language models. Candidates will engage in AI-first engineering to increase throughput and ensure system reliability.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals
• Experience using managed ML/AI solutions

• Build and scale a multi-agent orchestration platform for executing research workflows
