This role involves working closely with other engineering teams to provide system design support. The engineer will focus on the mechanical development of electromechanical systems for silicon validation. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent study.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with 3D CAD tools.
• Experience designing heat sinks and cooling solutions for high power ASICs.
• 3+ years of hands-on product design experience in electronic products or modules.

• Define mechanical requirements and interfaces for high power electromechanical systems.
• Conduct cross-functional design reviews and generate mechanical requirement documents.
• Design board and system level mechanical assemblies and generate drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Perform dimensional and tolerance analysis.
• Drive failure analyses and design of experiments to reach design solutions.
