• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering, project management, or related experience.
• Ability to debug complex problems and conduct root cause analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Programming and scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Previous experience as a software or QA Engineer.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Interact with external customers and collaborate with program management and engineering teams.
• Monitor pre and post-release public feedback to identify new issues.
• Report on the progress of seeding programs and assess incoming feedback.
• Develop and improve tools to automate and optimize workflows.
• Investigate issues reported by outside users through debugging and diagnostics analysis.
• Review bugs and work with engineering teams to prioritize responses for customer-related issues.
• Identify trends and insights from large and complex data sets.
