The Senior Software Development Engineer will join the Neuron Compiler Engineering team at Annapurna Labs, focusing on developing infrastructure for a compiler that optimizes machine learning workloads on AWS. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the performance of neural network models on custom-built hardware. The engineer will be responsible for designing solutions for efficient build, test, and release mechanisms. Additionally, the position requires leveraging technical communication skills to partner with AWS ML services teams.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Identify and design solutions for efficient and reliable build, test, and release mechanisms for the Neuron compiler.
• Design and implement a solution for distributed execution of the Neuron compiler.
