- Proven hands-on experience with PLM and CAD software such as Enovia and CATIA V6.
- Demonstrated ability to root-cause complex mechanical and electrical integration issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a team of domain-specialized Service Parts Engineers.
- Set technical standards, manage workload allocation, and foster continuous professional development.
- Oversee the complete service parts lifecycle, ensuring accurate and complete SBOM release and change management.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex service part issues.
- Partner with various departments to resolve interchangeability, part release, and serviceability challenges.
- Guide the Service Parts Engineering team in supporting field service actions and compliance initiatives.
- Optimize service engineering workflows, tools, and cross-functional handoffs.
