• Consult with senior leaders to create comprehensive people plans to influence lasting change over large Google functions.
• Provide expertise in talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis, and employee relations.
• Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change by shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
