The Vice President of Global TSMS and Engineering at Elanco will lead enterprise-wide initiatives in Technical Services and Manufacturing Science across the company's global manufacturing network. This role focuses on end-to-end process lifecycle management, engineering strategy, and modernization of manufacturing through advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience in pharmaceutical or animal health manufacturing.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or animal health manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in process development and validation.
• Strong strategic leadership skills with experience managing multi-site technical organizations.
• Education: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field.

• Define and lead the global TSMS and Engineering strategy to support manufacturing platforms.
• Oversee technology transfer and process validation from development to commercial manufacturing.
• Lead global technical support, investigations, and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for global facilities and automation.
• Develop and deliver a roadmap for 'next-generation' manufacturing capabilities.
