• Strong communication skills with non-engineering partners.

• Own a business-critical charter end to end, setting technical direction and defining the roadmap.
• Build and grow a team by hiring, leveling up, and retaining engineers.
• Work on a global product that serves multiple regions including the US, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Take on architectural responsibilities by consolidating onto one global stack.
• Raise the operational bar by owning on-call health and incident response.
