The role is for an experienced pre-sales professional at Databricks, focusing on helping large enterprises adopt data-driven strategies. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and implement technical strategies for key accounts. This position requires a strong background in value selling and technical leadership, particularly in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will also mentor team members and build relationships with clients to drive the adoption of ML and AI solutions.

• Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to success.
• Experience working with very large global accounts with over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills to convey a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.
