The role is for an experienced pre-sales professional at Databricks, focusing on helping large enterprises become more data-driven. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts. This position requires a strong background in value selling, technical account management, and leadership in the context of ML and AI applications. The ideal candidate will engage with clients to facilitate the adoption of Databricks products and build a network of technical champions within the accounts.

• Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to success.
• Experience working with very large global accounts with over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills to convey a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.

• Act as the main technical voice for Databricks while working with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks solutions.
• Implement the technical strategy in alignment with the account's overall strategy.
