• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Proven experience working on finance transformation programs including operating model redesign and process re-engineering.

• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

• Integrate into a BCG team to leverage expertise on projects that reshape finance functions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for a workstream within a BCG project.
