The Water Engineer Co-op position at Arcadis offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in water engineering projects. The role focuses on evaluating, planning, designing, and managing projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment. The team is dedicated to protecting natural resources while addressing the challenges posed by climate change and urbanization. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, and is available for co-op rotations starting in May/Summer 2027.

• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or a closely related academic discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support the management of water engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits, perform sampling, and conduct water quality analyses.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
• Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards.
• Learn and use digital tools to enhance customer experience and project delivery.
