• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or another closely related academic discipline.
• Prior internship or coursework in water/wastewater, water resources, or related sectors is preferred.
• EIT certification or desire to obtain is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support the management of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Conduct site visits, perform sampling, and conduct water quality analyses.
• Assist in the design of various water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
• Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members across the U.S. and internationally.
