The Senior Salesforce Engineer role focuses on providing CRM solutions to support Fidelity's Workplace Investing associates in acquiring new business and servicing clients. The engineer will work within an agile team to build and improve solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Collaboration with business partners and technical teams is essential to design effective solutions. The position requires a customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute to various tasks within the team.

• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
• 7+ years of development experience with 2+ years in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is required, with 2 and Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience with DevOps and Jenkins CI/CD model is a plus.
• Expertise in building Salesforce.com solutions using low code and pro code capabilities.

• Build solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform while considering reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions.
• Provide recommendations into overall technical architecture, standards & practices, and release process for Salesforce.com development.
• Publish clear and concise design documentation.
• Participate in and contribute to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
