The Data Exchange Consultant (DXC) is part of the Data Exchange Implementation Team, focusing on coordinating payroll data feeds for clients and vendors. This role involves gathering business requirements, assisting in solution creation, and ensuring project success. The team aims to enhance client data processing and improve outcomes through proactive management of data issues. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model, impacting the work environment for this position.
Requirements
- Operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing payroll data feeds for assigned clients and vendors.
- Elicit and collect business requirements within assigned projects.
- Assist in the solution creation, testing, and enablement processes.
- Support end-to-end project goals by assisting with key tasks.
- Ensure written communication is clear and appropriate for the audience.
- Prioritize multiple concurrent objectives and make effective judgments on time allocation.
