The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role within the Apple Cloud Infrastructure team focuses on supporting Apple's hardware, software, and services through the internal device cloud. This position involves collaborating with engineers to deliver new products and features while maintaining high standards for existing infrastructure. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals, providing broad cross-functional exposure across various engineering organizations. The EPM will play a crucial role in driving and delivering programs that integrate software features across multiple Apple platforms.

• 8+ years of experience in software development project management in compute infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency and experience in end-to-end project delivery and building roadmaps through to operational sustainability.
• Experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure programs and deployments to AWS, Azure, or GCP compute platforms.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and technical acumen with expertise in execution, prioritization, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile project experience with evidence and knowledge.
• A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related degree or professional experience.
• Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress meetings.

• Drive and deliver programs in collaboration with teams across all engineering organizations at Apple.
• Integrate software with features in iOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS, and macOS platforms.
• Manage multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure and technical projects.
• Lead engineering discussions for prioritizing features and technical roadmaps.
• Represent the team at all levels of the organization through excellent verbal and written communication.
