The SDS Compliance team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM MGR) to lead a high-visibility, cross-functional role that collaborates with various teams including Corporate Compliance, Legal, and Engineering. The EPM MGR will support the Program team in driving integrations, process improvements, and analytic solutions. This position involves leading a team of Engineering Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to deliver compliance engineering strategies. The role requires effective communication of project status and managing competing priorities while motivating the team in a dynamic regulatory environment.

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in engineering, math, or computer science.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or project management within AppleCare or SDS.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate evolving regulations.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority across engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Experience in governance, financial regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Previous people management experience is a plus.
