The Software Development Engineer will be part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, focusing on designing, building, and operating customer-facing capabilities for enterprise agents. This role involves enhancing the client software used for secure access to desktop and web applications, impacting millions of users. The team is dedicated to evolving the client experience to support agentic workloads while maintaining high standards for security and reliability. Candidates will work on complex challenges across various technologies and contribute to the evolution of Amazon WorkSpaces.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Experience leading large, fast-moving projects
• Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges
