The Video Applications team at Apple is seeking a senior software engineer to develop best-in-class video products such as Final Cut Pro and iMovie. This role involves designing and implementing high-quality features that impact millions of creative professionals. The engineer will tackle complex challenges using cutting-edge frameworks on both iOS and macOS. Collaboration with other engineers across teams is essential to push the boundaries of professional video editing.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with SwiftUI/Swift or UIKit/AppKit
• Strong understanding of software engineering and computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience working on large, cross-functional, multi-team projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a highly collaborative environment

• Design and implement high-quality features for video editing applications
• Collaborate closely with engineers across the Video Apps teams
