• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Develop orchestration systems that coordinate multiple specialized AI sub-agents for complex advertising workflows
• Build identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for scoped access
• Implement feedback signal pipelines to capture expert judgment for model improvement
• Partner with Applied Scientists to integrate reinforcement learning into production systems
• Design and operate evaluation systems to measure recommendation quality and enforce quality gates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration contracts and onboard new consumers
• Own system reliability, observability, and performance for agent infrastructure serving multiple advertiser accounts
