• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, build, and deliver highly scalable web applications and services that accelerate sales operations across Amazon Advertising.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from identifying problems and proposing solutions through implementation, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering peers to define requirements and deliver the right solutions for internal and external customers.
• Build and operate self-service applications that replace manual workflows and drive measurable productivity improvements for sales teams and agencies.
• Use performance metrics and measurement techniques to assess system health and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to team growth by participating in design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring peers.
