The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing test engineering and a strong focus on operator-friendly solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent engineering science.
• 7+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience for electromechanical or robotic products.
• Experience as a technical project lead, mentoring and coordinating with teammates or employees.
• Proficiency in test software/frameworks such as LabVIEW, NI TestStand, or Python-based test automation.
• Experience designing test stations intended for operator execution at production rate.

• Design and deploy manufacturing test systems for electromechanical subassemblies and end-of-line acceptance tests.
• Partner with engineering and validation teams to translate design verification requirements into production-grade test procedures.
• Own the test data pipeline from sensor output through structured data export.
• Design operator-friendly test setups that inform high-volume line requirements.
• Specify and procure test instrumentation and make build-vs-buy decisions.
