• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through validation and launch.
• Engage in design reviews and commit to team decisions to ensure success.
• Provide feedback during peer reviews and communicate effectively with technical leadership.
• Test and debug modern robotic systems, including writing automated tests and hands-on testing.
