Additionally, the role emphasizes customer success and building strong relationships across the business landscape.

• 5+ years in the data space with a technical product, such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, preferably in a pre-sales organization.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Track record of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates for success within the organization.
• Ability to create positive morale within the team and foster effective working relationships with Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with hospital systems, healthcare providers, and health plans is a plus.
