The position requires synthesizing complex information and creating executive-ready materials to communicate progress and challenges. The team aims to innovate and deliver effective solutions that meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, strategy, risk management, compliance management, product management, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholder visibility.
• Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, including translating high-level objectives into clear workplans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level materials.
