Job description

As a Structural Engineering Professional Intermediate in the NE Region, you will play a crucial role in the design team, focusing on structural analysis and design for advanced manufacturing projects. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and designers, developing design concepts and ensuring that structural requirements are effectively communicated. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid foundation in Structural Engineering principles. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
  • At least 2 years of Structural Engineering experience
  • Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform all conventional aspects of Structural Engineering analysis and design under general supervision.
  • Develop engineering judgement and problem-solving skills while seeking guidance when needed.
