Job description
As a Support Program Manager at Apple, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that Operations Systems are sustainable and scalable. You will drive continuous improvement strategies across business processes to ensure timely product launches with high quality and maximum customer availability. The role is part of the BPR: Supply Chain team, which is integral to Apple's global operations and supply chain. Your work will help bridge sales platforms with operational infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Apple's technology and business priorities.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or any Engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years as a program manager or team lead in global organizations.
- 5+ years of expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
- Experience developing SLAs for Systems/Application performance.
- Experience leading projects and driving change management strategies to improve end to end SDLC practices.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies applied to systems monitoring or predictive readiness.
- Understanding of O2C, B2C & B2B operations fulfillment processes.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Certifications in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in working in both cross-functional and global contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Executive presence and the ability to present complex topics to diverse leadership audiences.
- Strong problem-solving techniques for issue resolution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
