The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with various levels of management to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients. • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance, or Credit Risk Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and real estate valuation principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lead the drafting and structuring of comprehensive credit memorandums and monitoring reports.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis, including financial statement analysis and risk rating assessments.
• Monitor an assigned portfolio of real estate corporate clients for compliance with financial covenants.
• Develop and maintain complex cash flow models and valuation frameworks for various real estate asset classes.
• Actively participate in the structuring and execution of credit facilities and loans.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and review legal documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Participate in client calls and meetings to support senior bankers in business development.
• Provide guidance and training to junior Analysts within the team.
