• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Evaluate, plan, design, and manage projects for water/wastewater treatment and conveyance.
• Conduct site visits, perform construction inspections, and collect samples.
• Analyze water quality and conduct asset inventory.
• Support professional engineering services during the construction phase.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and cost estimates for client meetings.
