• Bring 8 or more years of professional experience developing software applications in Java.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of data structures and object-oriented principles using Java.
• Build cloud-native applications using container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Develop applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Design and build full-stack Java applications using modern cloud-native architectures.
• Write high-quality, testable code and pair with fellow engineers to accelerate delivery.
• Break down user stories and acceptance criteria to clarify scope, complexity, and risk.
• Deliver working software each sprint as an active contributor within an agile engineering team.
