The Senior Manager will lead the data strategy for Apple's Environment, Supply Chain & Innovation (ESCI) data foundation, overseeing a team responsible for critical reporting on labor and human rights, supplier readiness, and environmental metrics. This role involves managing a portfolio of systems at varying maturity levels and requires balancing resources while aligning cross-functional partners around a shared vision. The manager will mentor a high-performing team and ensure compliance with Apple's Supplier Code of Conduct and environmental standards. The position is based in Cupertino and involves periodic international travel.

• 10+ years managing software engineering or product teams
• 5+ years leading a combined Product and Engineering organization with full cross-functional ownership
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts
• Proven track record of defining and delivering a product vision across multiple applications
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems and evolving regulatory requirements into clear product solutions
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with auditing systems, assessment workflows, and reporting or assurance standards
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with supply chain, supplier responsibility, labor and human rights, or social impact data and systems
• Experience in manufacturing or environmental systems
• Experience with third-party audit, assurance, or certification processes
• Experience building or overseeing AI agent development
• Experience working with international teams or counterparts
