Amazon GameLift Streams is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to join their team. This role involves owning end-to-end feature development, maintenance, and operational excellence for a cloud-based streaming service. The engineer will work across various layers of the stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer experiences. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of full stack development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services

• Design, implement, and operate features across the full stack, from web frontend to backend services and cloud infrastructure.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, moving quickly to get capabilities into customers' hands.
• Participate in oncall rotations and drive operational improvements that increase reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, product, security, and partner service teams.
• Participate in technical design and code reviews, providing meaningful feedback to peers.
• Mentor teammates and help onboard new engineers to team systems and processes.
