The Principal Quality Engineer will lead the evolution of the Quality Engineering organization for Commerce & Growth within Apple Services Engineering. This role involves partnering with leaders to develop quality engineering systems and tests, ensuring high standards for quality and excellence. The team focuses on qualifying diverse systems that operate at a massive scale, including server APIs and user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record in driving quality through tools, systems, and automation.

• 10+ years of experience in the quality engineering space.
• Experience leading large technical organizations through change.
• Expert in the practice of QA/QE with a track record of improving quality through processes, systems, and automation.
• Strong technical leadership and keen architecture sense.
• Experience working with distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezones.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
