The Live Coding team is seeking an engineer who is passionate about learning and enhancing developer tools for Apple's platforms, including iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS. This role involves working at the intersection of languages, compilers, and user interface development, contributing to Xcode Previews and Playgrounds. The engineer will tackle both low-level programming and high-level UI design, focusing on improving the developer experience. The position offers the chance to influence design decisions across various frameworks and future products within the Apple ecosystem.

• Over 5 years of experience with Swift writing apps or frameworks
• Experience leading the development of a major cross-functional feature
• Proficiency with either dispatch queues or Swift concurrency
• Experience working on developer tools
• Exposure to SwiftUI or Apple operating system fundamentals
• Exposure to LLMs

• Enhance and augment developer tools used by Apple developers and agents
• Collaborate with various teams and disciplines to improve developer experiences
