The Fullstack Software Engineer position at Salesforce focuses on enhancing security and compliance features for Slack's enterprise clients. The Enterprise Trust team is dedicated to ensuring that large organizations can operate securely and in compliance with global standards. This role involves working with a variety of technologies to build systems that are both user-friendly and robust. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of critical security features while mentoring other engineers.

• 7+ years of professional experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in functional or imperative programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or C.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
• A related technical degree is required.

• Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to conceptualize and build new enterprise security and compliance features.
• Produce high-quality code and contribute to projects that secure the Slack platform.
• Actively own core security features or systems and define their long-term health.
• Assist support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues.
• Mentor other engineers and elevate engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
